Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services provided. Handle client complaints or concerns, offering solutions and ensuring problems are resolved promptly. Do walk-thru’s and conduct assessments. Generate new business opportunities and grow the company’s client base by networking, making sales calls, developing proposals responding to lead and handling our automations system.

Operations Management: Oversee daily cleaning operations for commercial 7 residential clients, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. Manage and schedule cleaning staff and equipment to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, making timely orders as necessary. Daily equipment and inventory monitoring and reporting.

Staff Leadership: Train and manage cleaning staff, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to meet performance goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees. Promote a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism.

Financial Management: Prepare and manage the budget for the department, ensuring that operational costs stay within budgetary limits. Monitor financial performance, track revenue, and analyze profit margins. Oversee billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, OSHA, and federal regulations regarding cleaning standards, safety protocols, and environmental impact. Implement and enforce safety policies to ensure the well-being of staff and clients.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on operational performance, client satisfaction, and daily employee performance. Provide regular reports to senior leadership, including recommendations for improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

  • 8 hour shift

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Weekend Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • All of Oahu and Honolulu Hawaii, must be able to have drivers license and to commute.
