Waikiki Housekeeping is looking for a strong candidate to be a part of our Security Operations Center Team in Hawaii. Monitor, analyzes, and responds to infrastructure and application threats and vulnerabilities within the website and third party applications.

Responsibilities:

• Detection, monitoring, analysis, and resolution of security incidents.
• Must be able to perform network, application, and log intrusion detection.
• Participation in security incident handling efforts in response to a detected incident.
• Must be able to maintain awareness of trends in security regulatory, technology, and operational requirements.
• Overcome blacklists from third parties like google and apple.
• Manage and secure logins for clients on website ad develop a secure log in portal with our third party booking software
• Integrate our third part software with the website and secure threats from outside bad actors
• Manage firewall and spam.

Qualifications:

• Candidate should be flexible and available to work a dynamic schedule that may vary weekly based on shift openings.
• One to three years of experience in a technical support role.
• A hunger to consistently hone and grow your skills and technical certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Consistent attention to detail and follow up skills.
• Must keep security and confidentiality in mind during each and every transaction throughout the course of the day.
• Mac, Linux and Windows, google listings, skills a huge plus, but the ability to learn is the most important.
• Must be able to pass a background check prior to hire.

This position cannot be performed remotely and is gig work to start.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
